My daughter went for a shellac on 9/15/16 and the older gal there did a horrible job on her nails. Cut her cuticle on thumb and left polish all around her skin, rushed job and horrible. I called them when she got home and complained and they hung up on me. Such poor customer service!

HORRIBLE! Experience! My daughter went today to get Shellac for Homecoming. They cut her thumb at the base, left polish on her skin, looks horrible. I took pictures when she got home and I called and asked to speak with the manager. The gal said "We are busy, what do you want.". They were extremely rude. I offered to come and show them the pictures. They didn't even offer to fix the horrible job and they hung up on me. Horrid customer service.
