Founded in 1971, Oregon Child Development Coalition is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of child care services. It offers a variety of educational services to meet the social, emotional, physical and cognitive needs of children. The coalition provides emergency, crisis assistance, transportation, counseling and mental health care services.
