After having a bad experience at the service department of the dealership where we purchased our Volvo, we made an appointment at Gresham Ford. We dropped our car off at 6:25 AM; the service manager came out to greet us even though they weren't open yet. The service people were friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us informed of the progress of the work and finished as promised. Our experience with the Gresham Ford Service Department helped us to decide to purchase our new Explorer from them. The Sales Depaertment is just as friendly and helpful as the Service Department!
