      Our flagship facility founded in 1977 is still family owned and operated by local owners. The largest of our four facilities with twenty indoor acres of fitness, fun, a full service cafe, an outside water park and recreational facilities. A family friendly facility with broad spectrum of activities and programs for people of all ages. When it comes to fitness, we realize you have many choices. We?d like to thank you for considering a membership at Cascade Athletic Clubs. Why are we different? A key reason is our owners, managers and bookkeepers live local. This is our community. It is our friends we serve here, and we want to be proud of everything we do. You won?t be calling a remote corporate office if you ever have a concern. After 36 years, our passion is still Friends, Fun and Fitness and we would be honored to have you join us! We believe we have the best clubs in the area with the most attentive and knowledgeable staff, great members, programs and equipment that set us apart from all the other fitness facilities. Our clubs are spacious, clean and comfortable places to workout. Talk is cheap, however, so we invite you to check us out.

At the end of your trial membership, if we don't earn your business then we don't deserve to have you as a member. It's that simple with no strings or fine print. We offer this trial free for first time guests who live in our area. Our first club opened in 1977 and we understand making a decision to commit to working out can be difficult and picking the right club for you can be even harder. Will I like the gym? Will I like the other members? Am I going to get service in this business after I become a member? Is the club too busy? Is it convenient? Will I be able to get any help? These are all fair questions that only can be answered by trying our business and talking to our members. We feel we can stand up to this test and we invite you to take the trial and see what we are really all about here. One of the most important things we want you to know about our business is we are solution based. This means there is only one really important question we need to ask you: what's the single most important thing you want from your fitness experience? Based upon your answer we will recommend anything from cross training to a simple weight management program, to group fitness classes.
