I write nice reviews as well has poor ones. I asked for an estimate for a new Daikin cooling system through an AD.The representative called to make an appointment and was kind enough to call an cancel due to work overload. He came of and gave a verbal with the understanding I would get written one by email. I called three times and spoke with the representative three times asking for the bid, and information brochures. Nothing every came through the mail, nor did I receive a phone call. The time has lapsed since the deal that was being offered expired. I would not use this business in the future.

Jacobs came highly recommended by one of my family members. I called them because my oil furnace was smoking and not working right. They came right away, informed me this was happening because of "lack of maintenance"...the technician was super nice and took his time explaining how stuff worked. He completed the work, signed me up on a yearly maintenance plan and things are working great now. I'd recommend them again!!

Thank you Dave and Jacobs Heating! My forced air gas furnace was blowing cold air on a cold morning. After Dave worked on the "ancient" furnace, I was warm again in no time. If I ever need help again, I'll call Jacobs. Shirley
