AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I took my 93 Lexus SC400 in for a drive line repair. I had been told elsewhere that the repair would be around $1600.00. AAMCO found a good used drive line for me and was able to repair for a lot less. The manager, Scott, was very courteous & honest. Repair was completed when they said it would be and my car drives excellent.

I had a great experience with AAMCO, they treated me great no complains at all they did a great job on my 2001 DODGE RAM 2500 TURBO DIESEL, its running like a brand new truck... even better then before, it was the 2nd transmission I put on and they all keep going out on me due to the fact that I do a lot of towing and after I decided to take it there never had any problems again, but if I do have any problems on the future I am not worried at all, because they provide a 10 YEARS WARANTEE ( AT NO EXTRA COST) all over the UNITED STATES... if you want your transmission to be strong and never have problems again take it to AAMCO recommended, thank you for your good job AAMCO

3rd attempt to get them to be honest. Have 2 incidences where they billed us for work that was not done. Now $2,000 later, car still broken. I took to another mechanic that physically showed me the parts that were not replaced and where I was billed for them. Now their 3rd manager this year is in complete denial. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of disabled families, especially children. Unless you have thousands of dollars to throw out, do not go there. I honestly think the revies on here are fake... Google them and you will see others with my same experience!!!

Transmission repairs are costly and I learned that the hard way. I should of brought my 2001 VW Bug to AAMCO sooner. I know now if I had, the crew at AAMCo could of saved the life of my transmission and the cost of the repair would have been considerably less. I found AAMCO crew on 181 ST. and Division to friendly and they REALLY took the time to diagnose the problem. They kept in contact with me and explained the needed repairs , the length of time for the repair work to be done, and the cost needed to get the car running well again. In closing, I wanted to personally thank AAMCO for giving me a ride home from SE Portland all the way to Vancouver WA. What service!!!

Had a great experience with Aamco after driving around with a clunking transmission and increasing problems. The previous mechanic failed to solve the problem and made it worse. I got a call with a diagnosis within minutes after dropping off the car at Aamco. The repair was completed on time and within budget. Justin was very courteous and now I'm enjoying driving with no clunks and the check engine light off.
