They lie a lot. Been forced to use them now for 13 months. The first 2 delivery's were early 9-10 am So I had time to do stuff and not waiting around all day. They say delivery time is between 9-1:30 pm. After that though it started getting later and later. So I asked them what's going on they said well it based on first serve on who called first. I thought that's odd the first 2 times I basically called 24-48 hours out and now that I'm on a set schedule with my Doctor I call 7-10 days before and schedule. So Spoke to a supervisor they said no it's the driver he/she makes the route and you are closer to that location so they hit you up on the way back to the location. I thought okay so the next delivery they were at my place at 9:15 am I was like hmm okay I was not expecting you this early as he called and I was at the store. So I rushed home and he was gone said he would be back. So I called again and got a different answer this time it was cause you are very close to the location and they do closer then further out... At this point the last 3 have been passed the 1:30 pm time, this last one after I called 10 day's ago got here at 1:56 pm. You call they will not give you a time or even an eta. They want better reviews they better stop the lying, and start giving people some kind of ETA so we can plan our day and not sit waiting on them even after the time they are supposed to be here. They supposed to call you and tell you we will be there in 30 minutes or whatever, they have only called 4 times before hand. Twice after changing my address they tried to deliver it to my old address and call me upset I was not home. It's great to get them delivered and all but I rather just hit Wal-greens and call it a day early. Waiting around for up to 6 hours is just not good business and more then anything frustrating when you call them for help.

Cordant Pharmacy is incredibly unorganized with terrible customer service. I'm currently a customer due to a doctors office requirement- a big inconvenience for someone who works full-time. Cordant called to schedule a delivery 6 days after they already delivered my meds, then I didn't hear from them for 45 days (when the refill is every 30 days) until the driver called me to say they were outside of my house in the middle of the day. When I called them to ask why I wasn't included in the scheduling, one female worker was incredibly rude and basically told me I had to take time off of work to accommodate their delivery service times, and she went ahead and ran the charge on my credit card without the meds being delivered! Once I finally was able to schedule a home delivery (around Cordant's schedule), the delivery driver calls me 3 business days before the said scheduled delivery to tell me that he is once again outside my house in the middle of the day. Poor communication, poor coordination, poor customer service. How can a home delivery pharmacy refuse to deliver at someone's home after work hours? I absolutely do not recommend this company unless you have a lot of free time and love talking with strangers on the phone 3x a week during business hours. Whoever the manager is at this office has a lot of work to do.

If I could give a "0" I would. They keep very poor records. I received a call in November from them as they were wanting to deliver my medication and I informed them I did not need it at that time. So when I called them in December wanting that refill I was told I had it delivered in November. After arguing with them about not receiving it as it was not needed. They made me feel as if I lied. I have to sign for these and they did not have a signature for November as it was not received. Now second issue my prescription was suppose to be delivered Friday afternoon between 2:00 and 6:00 which the courier never showed. Thank God I had some of my meds or it would have left me all weekend without my meds. They really need to improve their customer service.

Very unreliable they never answer the phone and delivery times never occur. Forced to use them but they dont deliver the medications people depend on, i think they need more help or stop being a so called pharmacy

They started out as an excellent pharmacy and in the past three days rather then answer their phone they place it on the "closed recording". Promise deliveries that don't happen & admit to being "crazy busy" when U happen to get Courtney on the phone she apologizes and makes promises they are obviously unable to keep. Charge your insurance & bank account & fail to deliver as promised. I ask how unprofessional is that without a courtesy call, warning of failure, or timely explanation when they can't make their commitments. I would be very weary of using them at this time!
