The Kjelshus Energy Co. is the best service we have used at the house. I was hesitant having strangers in my home, but this company was so professional and courteous that I felt very comfortable. They set up several tests that were repeated at the end of the project to show proof of improvement. George, Darrin, and Jerry were very careful inside of our home and even cleaned up afterwards. They worked hard. I didn't hear conversations that weren't work related. Eric really knows the HVAC business and how to help the environment. He patiently explained what work we needed and why. And in order to save us money, he also carefully explained what work we could do ourselves. Cheryl, who works customer service, was pleasant and quick to return our calls. I do not believe any other company has gained my trust like this-ever! Thanks to them, we look forward to a warmer, less drafty home, free of ice dams and icicles as well as no more mice and snakes coming into the basement.

The service was excellent. The team that installed our air conditioner worked well as a team under trying conditions (it was the hottest day of the season and some of the work needed to be done in the attic) We were kept up to date on the progress of the installation and I was pleased with how the team was mindful of the house with even small things like closing gates so that the dog wouldn't get out.
