Price, Quality and Service. Just what one wants to find particularly when it comes to foot comfort. I have just started using this location because I lost my shoe repair service in Plainfield. Dominic, in the last month, has repaired two of my favorite pairs of Johnson & Murphy shoes and they look as good as new but feel like the proverbial old glove. I ship the shoes to them and with in the week have them back on my door step. Can't be any easier than that.

I have taken shoes and handbags there on several occasions. I am very hard on my heels, and every time I take a pair of shoes there, they replace the heels and reinforce the soles for me. It's like getting a new pair of shoes! I also buy a lot of used designer purses. I find them incredibly cheap because they are damaged or dirty. I take the bags in and when I get them back, its like having a brand new bag. I have saved so much money by having them repair/clean my purses for me! They go above and beyond every time I am there, making sure I am satisfied. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have been to this location several times. Not once was anyone in anyway rude to myself or anyone I was with. I would recommend this store to anyone. The owner has been in business for a very long time and knows what he is doing. If you want quality work for a great price, I would definitely recommend coming to this location.

Three strikes and no more. Reattaching a heel to a shank with glue?! Cost $20 - lasted a half hour. Heel taps that withstood two wearings before metal pin had broken through. New soles peeling away from shoe within a couple of wearings (more glue-only 'craftsmanship'). And, even though I had my claim ticket, I had to go identify my shoes in the back room.
