Horrible experience! I paid over $400 for services and parts that only lasted for less than a year and a half. This included replacement of logic board and hard drive! When I went back to explain that I'm having the same issues, they asked me to pay again for something that clearly was never diagnosed or fixed properly the first time. Never going back!

Excellent service as usual from Computer SuperCenter in Greenwich. Great store that costs a little more than others but is well worth it. Also the store is so neat!! There must be a neat freak in charge of that place because nothing is out of place.

I work as a systems administrator for a hedge fund in the area...and thought I would share my experience at Computer Super Center. Completely unorganized...everything is a trap to ensure you check the machine in for a flat fee of $200. After that, they got you. Your paying for a "diagnosis and repair". Now think about it....Apple users---> your computer came with a CD that lets you diagnose what's wrong with your machine (ie hard drive, mother board, CD ROM etc). You pop the CD in...it runs for an hour...and tells you what has issues. PC's mostly get diagnosed with CD's too. This is in a nutshell the ONLY diagnosis Computer super center does....worth $200 yet? The "repair" is basically ordering a part for you (elevated prices of course). Most parts in a computer can be replaced and configured in under 30 minutes If your hard drive went bad....it's the price of a new one PLUS a $75 fee to transfer over all your data. Do some research and spend your money more wisely!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! - Put the Apple Store to shame. After my 5yr old computer died (the logic board was fried) the Apple Store's only suggestion was that I ship it to to a data recovery service in California along with a new hard drive and then reload it and all my apps onto a new computer, which would have take weeks.Computer Super Center, transferred everything to a new iMac in a few hours - all apps and data set up to go so I was up and running in a few hours. Couldn't have asked for better service.
