      Stillwater Investment Management Corporation is a Connecticut based corporation focused on real estate development, redevelopment, and acquisition of residential properties and multifamily communities in the northeast United States. Founded in the spring of 2002 by Real Estate Industry Executives Paxton Kinol and Ray Kinol, Stillwater quickly gained a foothold in the Multi - family Market through valued partnerships. Paxton and Ray represent two generations of building expertise. Paxton served as senior development director for Avalon Bay Communities and was directly responsible for some of the Northeast's most popular communities. His father Ray is a registered landscape architect with extensive experience in both residential and commercial building including hundreds of homes for Schoonmaker Homes. Together, Paxton and Ray offer a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. The Stillwater approach carefully researches and delineates location, timing and structure for development. Our comprehensive study includes demographic, geographic, and lifestyle research combined with an intensive due diligence investigation. The result is an accurate financial analysis for each project prior to development.
