My husband and I had a wonderful car buying experience at southwest ford. We arrived and were greeted by Paul Hyland. He was great, the day we were there it was really busy and raining. We bought a 2015 Ford Fusion, Paul stood out in the rain and went over our new buy and all the features. I would recommend Paul to anyone he went above and beyond his job duties. Thank You Paul.

They did not deliver all the items as advertised for the used car. When I asked the following day for it to be corrected they did not attempt to correct. Instead they did not answer their cell phones. Do not use Richard at used cars. He is the epitome of what you want to avoid in a used car salesman. DO NOT USE RICHARD!
