Food would probably be better if it weren't served at room temperature.
The baked potato would not melt butter, and it was the warmest thing on the plate.

You have to check this place out, the food was great, friendly service, and we had a great experience. It was a family friendly environment that we will definately be going back to.

Bakers Ribs is the BEST by far! We had been very busy and did not have time to cook for Thanksgiving and decided to order our meal from Bakers Ribs. We drove an hour from Denton to Caddo Mills to pick up the order and had lunch while we were there. The lunch for a family of 5 was as excellent as well as reasonable! The Fried Pie Shop was also inside and it was awesome. We had to take extra pies home to eat later! This was the best Thanksgiving meal we had ever eaten!!! The smoked turkey was VERY moist. My hus-friend said "it was the best turkey he had ever had in 46 years!!" We will be getting our Christmas meal and all other holiday meals from Bakers Ribs in Caddo Mills from now on!!!! Thanks Bakers Ribs!!!!

I am a truck driver who travels all over.. I have ate at many Bbq restaraunts, however none of them compares to Bakers Ribs in Caddo Mills TX... It was the best Bbq I have ever eaten.... The down home feel and the friendliness totally amazed me, and the ribs were so meaty and flavorful along with all the sides... I finished my meal off with one of their famous fried pies at the pie shop which is located inside the establishment.. On a scale of 1-10 I give Bakers Ribs in Caddo Mills TX a 20.....
