This location deserves the bad reviews. Have had multiple negative experiences at this location. Employees are rude and more interested in finding ways not to work vs helping customers. There are other UPS stores that are properly run and do a nice job. I try to avoid this one if at all possible. Unfortunate since I live right down the street.

Embarrassingly bad service. This place does not even deserve a star. I will never return to this establishment. Take your business elsewhere. Lady at the counter was rude and dismissive. Owner was around the corner and couldn't have cared less. My wife showed up 30 mins prior to advertised closing time with a birthday present that needed to be sent overnight, we were turned away by the same rude woman telling us the shop is closed and she is going home! Terrible.

This store does not even derserve a star. The worst customer service EVER by a very unprofessional saleswoman/cashier. I have been in on several occasions each time returning out of convenience; disappointed every time(by the same woman!)The last time the owner of this store was within earshot and did nothing. I will drive out of my way next time I require UPS Store as the Augusta road location is unacceptable!

I asked that a package be shipped on Monday December 29, 2008 it was to arrive on January 5, 2009. They waited until the day it was suppose to arrive to let us know that they hadn't shipped it. The owner Norris wouldn't even speak to me just handed me off to his employee Fred. Both men were rude. When I asked for a discount because they dropped the ball, the told me no we won't be doing that.



I would rather deliver the package myself than use this company ever again
