      Rosenfeld Einstein doesn't live up a standard of excellence. All was roses when they wanted the business. At renewal no agent called and discussed my accounts. Multiple agents have left the firm in the last year without explanation. Cannot compete with the service and pricing of carriers like State Farm and USAA. Classic case of taking a person's business for granted after the sell.
