If I could leave a zero star I would .This place is so unprofessional I walk in for my appointment . I proceed to sign in. At the desk are not one but two ladies. First one a white lady brown hair in a bun second one light skin African-American with freckles..Great..neither one looks up to even being to greet me. Awesome first impression for me being a new patient.So I sign the clipboard still no acknowledgement or greeting. I proceed to have a seat, seeing as how nobody has directed me where to go or what to do. Guess what still no greeting. So I thought to myself what makes this place so special??? I'm probably going to end up shelling out thousands of dollars to this place why would I do that when I got treated like this??? There's WAY too many other options probably with more professional and friendly staff.I left and won't return. You lost my business because of your staff.

Dr nickels took 14,000 of my cash money and never finished work on my mouth. I called and complained and told him the work he did wasn't holding he said wasn't his problem after he got my cash. I really wish I would have known he was this way. I wanted my teeth finished and he promised for the price. Now my top teeth are pulled and I don't have anything to put there. I'm a woman and this is very hard on me because I spent my savings trusting him.
I have been going to Dr.Nickles for at least 10 years and would never consider going any where else! His staff is top notch and professional and Dr.Nickles is truly a perfectionist when it comes to dentistry. I come from a family of dentists and can spot a great one when I see one!! Not to mention he is hilarious... Hard to laugh when he has tools in your mouth though.. Keep up the great work Doc!!

I would like to take a minute to thank you and your staff for everything you guys have done for me. Im really happy with the results of my lumineers. I once again feel extremely confident. I smile all the time now. So, thank you a lot and I am really glad that I chose the perfect dentist to do my treatments. You are a complete professional.
