I Highly recommend Eyemart Express of Greenville,SC. The staff were very pleasant and explained each test before they began testing. Joanie was the first voice that answered and scheduled my appointment and remembered me the next day by my voice over the phone. The business was busy but all customers were happy and gracefully assisted.Dr. Metras was very kind, professional and thorough and taught me things about my eyes that I didn't know like the draining process that relieves the pressure in the eye.My glasses are wonderful and I had a wonderful experience. I have had to go back twice still I have glasses that is worse then my old pair they cause my vision to worse then helpful when I asked for my money back they told me they could not give me a cash refund back even though I paid cash the week before They offered to put it on my credit card that would take up to 4 days are have there corporate mail me a check which I was told it would take longer so I'm stuck with these glasses because I needed money back to go some where else

Excellent customer service! I received my glasses in less than an hour and they looked very nice. They also sent me a text on My phone to let me know they were ready. Kathy helped me with every question I had and was friendly. I will recommend Eyemart to my friends. Thanks!

Location is hard to find. Service is good when the store is not packed full of people. The ad on tv is misleading and you will have to pay a "high power" charge for certain prescriptions. GlassesReady in about and hour and a half which is better than waiting weeks. Overall okay.
