I brought in my insurance, asked if they accepted it, they said "Yes, we work with Pitt County Employees all the time." Then I get a bill for $500. They said they don't actually accept my insurance. It was like going in for an oil change and being charged for a new exhaust. They refused to negotiate or work with me on the unexpected bill. Since I've gone to a better dentist who is honest and upfront on what is covered. Stay away before they take advantage of you.

My 14 yr old son was seriously injured in a boating accident, fracturing his 2 front teeth and impacting them into his maxilla and shearing his gums as well as fracturing his nasal septum. Drs. Davila & Velasquez both provided emergency care to my son, manipulating his teeth back into proper alignment, suturing his lacerated gums, creating a "splint" to hold his teeth in place and placing temporary caps on his front teeth for aesthetics. They did such an outstanding job and their entire staff displayed true professionalism and a deep level of empathy. As a Healthcare Administrator, I can recommend their practice without reservation - they provide a level of excellence which far exceeds most other practices!

The doctors speak fluent Spanish! First office I have been to where I could speak directly to the doctor in Spanish! Staff was helpful and nice. They were able to see my whole family and even do a wisdom tooth extraction for my wife. Love this office and plan on having them do my daughter's braces!
