I rate Metron of Greenville, MI very poor. My mother-in-Law was placed in their care for 3 weeks. Just in that time she went down hill. When we would visit her, we would see residents laying face down in their chairs in the hallway, some of them were laying face down in their food trays, we asked for help for my Mother-in-Law and the nurses would throw a bad attitude with us. We told them she needed to be changed and no one came to her room, so we changed her ourselves. We stayed for 25 mins and still no one ever came to the room. Her care in this place was very poor. Then we took her to the Hospital due to she was failing she was only away for 2 days and maintenance went in and removed all her stuff from her room and no one seemed to know anything about it. We did finally get her belongings after we had to talk about the legal part of it. I will not recommend this home to anyone. Very poor they deserve 0 stars. Staff and all.
