      Welcome to Westmoreland Casemanagement and Supports, Inc ( WCSI ) ; A non-profit organization operating as a Base Service Unit for the Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program of Westmoreland County. Our assignment is to assist clients in accessing services and to provide ongoing service coordination, monitoring and support. Our goal is to ensure clients are receiving the most appropriate and effective services available to meet their individual needs. We accomplish this through a deep appreciation and commitment to the values set forth in our Mission Statement. Please stay and browse our site.
