We have recently purchased our second Rainbow vacuum cleaner. Our old Rainbow lasted 20 years while cleaning 1-2 houses a week.Very pleased would be an understatement! We were offered a great product at a very fair price by a warm and friendly Rainbow representative. This purchase happened in a helpful, no pressured manner which took into account our budgetary constraints. If you are interested in a high-end, quality product that will last for many many years, go by and look at the Rainbows at the Greensboro store. I am sure you will be impressed.

I had been dealing with another rainbow service tech who was dishonest with the machine I bought and it needed a part . I ended up buying a brand new machine ( something I never had before ) . Love my machine and it's great talking to someone who is knowledgeable about them . I wouldn't take anything for my rainbow vacuum . They are the best .

This was the first time we came to this store. We was pleased with the service we got. They went over everything that should have been explained to us when the person sold us the vacuum which he never did. they saved us form us blowing up the motor. We have nothing but good thing to say about this store and the people in there. It is hard to find good people still out there in the world, but they still are starting with these two.

GREAT vacuum system to own. The customer service which Shaun provides is equally as GREAT. I've owned the same vacuum since 1988 and when it stopped working in May 2014, I contacted Shaun and was sold a replacement unit. He takes his time in explaining the functions of the system and does so with such enthusiasm and always a smile. Recently I had the clip that holds the unit to the water basin break on me, and within a few minutes, Shaun had me back in service. I couldn't find anyone that was confident in diagnosing the problem of my rainbow and I was very in easy about leaving it with any company because I was afraid of what the repair bill would be. However this store and guy I worked with made me very comfortable. For $80 and less than 2 days my vaccum cleaner is working like new again. Thank you

I was having some problems with my rainbow so i took it into the shop on W Friendly and received the best customer service, the prices for repair were very good, and i received my vacuum back at an unreal speed...it now works as if it were brand new! A++ shop, HIGHLY recommended

Don't take your Rainbow to this man if it needs repair. He will charge you to look at it, tell you it can't be fixed without spending more than a new Rainbow would cost & then try very hard to sell you a new one. I took my Rainbow to a vacuum repair shop in Kernersville & for less that $65, my Rainbow is good as new. There have to be reputable Rainbow dealers in the area--but this isn't one of them. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

You have to stop by this business for professional, caring folks. I just had my Rainbow vacuum serviced and I cannot say enough about how fantastic the gentleman was who assisted me.
