      General Info
      I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in NC (LMFT #1340) and a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the North Carolina Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (NCAMFT). I have a Bachelor's degree from The University of North Carolina @ Chapel Hill in Psychology and a Master's degree from the University of Maryland in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a LMFT, I am uniquely qualified to independently diagnose and treat both individual mental health issues as well as marital, family and relationship problems. My experience includes family therapy, couples counseling, individual therapy, group therapy, mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, and juvenile delinquency prevention. My clients include children, adolescents, adults, groups, and families. I am passionate about working with clients to strengthen communication skills, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and improve overall functioning. I build upon the strengths of the client by employing a combination of therapeutic philosophies that best meet the individual's need.
