I took my four-year old daughter for a trim before leaving for Florida. Her hair was all one-length and past her shoulders. The beautician was instructed to trim the front a little shorter, cutting the hair at an angle and leaving all the length in the back. Before I could stop her, she snipped about 4 inches off the back cutting her hair into a bob right under her chin. Her hair is completely hacked up with the front part actually being longer than the back. The exact reverse of what she was instructed to do. When I became visibly upset, I was asked to leave and then told that I should have been watching rather than supervising my other child. I was not aware that I was expected to supervise the beautician. Needless to say, it will take about two years to undo what this "so-called" beautician did in two minutes. I never been treated so rudely and was never even apologized to by the beautician or the owner for the horrible experience this turned out to be.
