Problem with water unit, Easywater responded quickly. Great we do not have problem of salt purchase and/or constant adding to an old type unit. Another great addition, do not concern with someone using water in middle of night. Thanks for a great product guys.

Very satisfied with the equipment and customer service. We have very hard water where we live, and our home has custom bath fixtures. After 15 years bath fixtures were having flow problems and even stoppage. Since installing Easy Water water flow became full-force after about 1 month, likely saved us thousands in re-piping costs. Very pleased with the results.

We had a leak in our reverse osmosis water system and contacted EasyWater for help. We were transferred to a tech support rep who was very helpful and worked with my husband on the phone to try to fix it. We were unable to fix it and EasyWater replaced the faucet, even though we were slightly past the warranty period. Great company with great customer service! So glad we got our system from them.
