Total Body Composition is a diagnostic tool that objectively allows you to easily measure progress towards your individual fitness and wellness goals. It graphically and quantitatively documents your status in real time-both visually and numerically. The study provides three measures of body composition, muscle mass, bone mass and fat mass. It also precisely shows fat distribution-where the fat is physically located in the body. Global wellness consists of both physical and spiritual components. Total Body Composition measures a major component of physical metabolic and cardiovascular health.
