My mom and I were staying at the Heidl House in Green Lake for an event this past weekend and we got a flat tire. AAA came to put the spare tire on and, when asked for a recommendation for auto repair, the gentleman said to go to J & J. We arrived around 8am with no appointment. The owner and his wife were exceptionally friendly and ordered us a tire from neighboring Ripon right away. We asked if there was a place that we could walk for breakfast and without hesitation, the owner's wife Paula offered to drive us into town on her way to pick up our tire. We are so grateful that we found J & J who not only fixed our tire (and got us on the road in about an hour) but also treated us with 100% amazing service. Thank you thank you thank you!

I have been to this shop before in the past years with another vehicle of mine and now that I have moved back to the area I would say I am a returning customer. I like that they don't beat around the bush and the fact that your not treated like a typical women unlike at an ordinary shop is the best service you can ask for. I don't feel that they over charge as far as with any repair that has been done so far to my vehicle.

I always get honest, straight forward service. They never try to sell me more than I need. And always give me all my options and an estimate before committing to any work.

I had some paint repair done. The job was horrible. Had to go to to another shop to have them fix the damage created by JJ. The damage they created was twice the cost of the original repair. Be aware and ask around you will find out quick.
