A few years ago - my old car was in an accident nearbyy and the car was to the point of no return. I needed a few good months to hold off before putting money down on a replacement and Paul did that for me! I've never had a problem with Paul and he puts his blood sweat and tears into his business. Watching this man build his repair shop business and how he takes pride in it , really is the American dream.



Whenever I needed a car repair I've gone to Paul, he's local and honest. He's never tried to make money off me and has actually given me decent advise. I had a problem with my horn and instead of charging me for a repair he let me know its covered under warranty with the dealer. It's this style of business that makes me refer him to my friends.

TRUSTWORTHY. Isn't that what most of us are looking for in a mechanic? I was referred to Paul's shop a year ago by a friend and I will take my cars here for repair forever. Paul is honest, tells you, and shows you if you want, exactly what's wrong with your car and then fixes it quickly and reliably.



It can be tough to judge if a mechanic is being honest with you about the repairs on your car, or if he's just taking you for a ride because you don't know enough to challenge what he's telling you. I can assure you, Paul is about as honest as they get. But don't take my word for it, stop in and chat with him, you'll be able to tell that from the moment you meet him. If you go there today, you'll see my black Jeep in the shop. He's fixing my suspension, the broken part a result of another mechanic's shoddy workmanship.

I'm writing this review to help other people like me who need car service and may be a little bit amateur. I am new to the area, and I had already had a negative car service experience in NYC. I drove 20 minutes out to Pauls auto repair, after hearing great things here, for front tire replacement and to have a look at my engine after the Check Engine light came on. The staff was accessible and they managed my case without me having to wait, feel confused, or keep track of who was talking to who.



The BEST part is that they showed and explained the workings of my car to me (I had had some work done recently on it but never got to see it for myself). They theorized that the check engine light just hadn't been re-set after my muffler was fixed, and didn't think anything was wrong with my engine. We had friendly conversation about my tires and my upcoming cross-country trip and I trust that they did what needed to be done on my car and nothing more.



I paid a reasonable amount for my new front tires and was comfortable at this establishment. Thank you!
