Dr Helems and his staff are WONDERFUL- they were there for us when our Rott started having seizers- he even provided us with his personal cell phone incase we needed to get ahold of him ASAP. Our pets have seen other Vets in town and Dr Helems is the only Vet that they would allow to touch them without getting nervous. Highly recommend him!

Dr Helms and his staff are wonderful! I would no longer trust anyone else to see my pets and take care of them the way he does! He has taken care of my two dogs since we have brought them home with some major accidents and a couple surgeries, he is the one to go to!

A+ to Dr. Rick Helms and staff. Friendly, informed and honest. While vacationing in Montana, my companions' dog was bitten by a rattlesnake. We were able to locate Dr. Helms who agreed to try treatment. After reaching the clinic, Dr. Helms and his able staff put us at ease. Dog was treated and saved thanks to the pros at Great Falls Veterinary Service. Highly recommended!
