He said it would take 30 days for a simple frame repair. after 60 days I called, no answer, called multiple times, left message, no call back. Day 72 I called again, he answered the phone and informed me whomever framed this was horrible and it's the worst thing he has ever seen. I said I thought you had framed that piece and we were quit happy with it. He then got belligerent and irate with me and proceeded to insult me and tell me to pick my picture up that he will not fix other peoples mistakes. He was quit literally the worse person I've ever dealt with in my life. I just hope when I pick up my original piece of art he hasn't ruined it. Apparently he is not capable of a simple repair. I would rate him zero stars if it was available. I don't think anyone deserves to be verbally abused.
