Save your time and money, do not retain this person for your legal needs. Unless you like throwing your hard earned money at a person who can barely spell, no idea of basic sentence structure & has zero integrity.

This joker shouldn't be able to practice law. I know by and large lawyers get a bad rap but this man is the worst. He is unprofessional, rude, and cost me precious time and money. I wish I would have read the reviews before retaining such an awful lawyer. Buyer beware! His lack of knowledge about basic family law is appalling. He will only lead you astray if you trust him, do yourself a favor and make sure you check before blindly trusting this scum!

Been going to him for 1 and a half years and he's really good and nice. Gets a little side tracked but listens

the other two reviews are perfect this guy is worthless you are better off showing up to court naked and giving the judge a lap dance he is very unprofessional, never answers calls never calls back yells at you doesn't do any bit of his job properly complete waste of a person

I paid to have a simple document created for me. I never saw it for about 3 1/2 months. I thought I gave him all the information needed, but when I finally went in to get the document myself; they were incomplete. I hesitate to ask, but why didn't he call me to get the needed information. I always had to call him--he had excuse after excuse as to why the document was not completed. Then when he claimed he mailed it to me, he had the wrong address listed. He collects your money but doesn't come through with the finished product unless you are constantly calling. I am very disappointed and would probably not recommend him to anyone.

As the other review says... he yelled at us for what the other party said which was completely untrue. He did nothing but take our money and sit on his rearend, buddy buddy with the other lawyer and her Secretary while he should have been talking to us and giving us advice. Said he called us for court and sent letters (when his secretary quit) which we NEVER got and we didn't find out about it until 20 minutes before (if that) he basically threw us under the bus because we weren't there to defend against any of the accusations. He is extremely unprofessional and makes the practice look like a joke. If I could give him 0 stars I would! Hes unorganized and lazy DO NOT HIRE HIM

hard to get hold of and will not return your calls.I literally had to call all day to finally get a chance to see him, after paying 1/2 my total on a divorce. I paid the full amount before I was scheduled to. I would look for someone who would repersent you with your peace of mind when it concerns a divorce and Mr. Brauer In my opinion seemed to lack any real interest in my case. My 21 days was up on the 13th of April (Montana law says 21 days and a final hearing and your done) and he couldnt even schedule me in till the 18th; AFTER I called to remind him my time would be up. agreed divorce price-$1200.00 I think if I hadnt called him my divorce would never have been done.

He's very unprofessional, doesn't do his job & yells @ you when you tell him to do his job! When I'm paying you for your service you better not yell @ me! That's why I fired him!
