      AllerGeena Gluten Free Baked. We're a wholesale bakery. Inquiries are welcome. Ingredients: We buy certified gluten free ingredients to make our proprietary blend of flour. We create beautiful, delicious gluten free sandwich bead, sandwich rolls, pizza crusts and whoopie pies. All of our products are gluten free some are also vegan.

      Allergeena makes the BEST gluten free bread I've ever eaten, and in my 10 years of being gluten free I've tried many. This is REAL bread, like your grandmother used to bake. You will actually forget what it means to eat gluten free after having her bread! Fluffy, excellent texture, wonderful flavor, makes for a fabulous sandwich and outstanding french toast! Allergeena caters to celiacs, gluten sensitivities as well as other food allergies, just call and ask for what you need. And the best part is you can find her bread stocked at local shops like the Portland Co-op and Bow Street Market! Plus if you're craving pizza you'll find her crusts at Willow's pizza. I discovered her bread at a local sandwich shop several years ago and have been recommending it to every gluten free person I meet ever since. You won't be disappointed!
