Cedar Park has been a great place for me to retire. A clean, safe and well maintained home that I can feel safe. The maintenance staff gives first rate service and my unit looked brand new when I moved in. Management is calm and always available to take care of any needs I may have.

Not recommended only because they do not give deposit back. It also take s management a few days to respond to your needs if you need work done. Constant entry's in home for home inspection which didn't bother me but we're every three or so weeks. Management was pleasant to deal with but extremely disappointed about deposit because they even said at time of departure the place was superior as far as cleanliness. But I moved out 16 days before lease was up so took my full months rent and security deposit. . There come back was corporate did this and it was out of there hands.. wouldn't make exceptions for someone that was disabled.
