BriarPatch Food Co-op celebrated it's 40th Anniversary in 2016. The full service Grocery and Deli is the premier natural foods and products grocery in the area and is also a community-owned cooperative business. Voted best Food Buffet, Organic Eatery, and Produce/Health Food Store for 2016-17 and for many years previous, BriarPatch works to be a regional example of sustainability, environmental stewardship, and energy resourcefulness. BriarPatch Food Co-op Deli offers a large variety of fresh, ready-to-eat meals, light meals, drinks, and baked goods, all made from the same high quality ingredients sold in the store. We use organic vegetables, grains, and beans and support local farmers and ranchers. Cheeses and meats have no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, no antibiotics, no added nitrates or hormones, and no rBGH or rBST. We offer many foods and meals that satisfy dietary restrictions and practices including Vegan, Vegetarian, Grain and Gluten-Free, alternative milks and ice creams, Kombucha, and cold-pressed juices.
