Horrible experience trying to get my mail. They are literally holding it hostage until we pay a $25/month fee. Our company uses a dba. Because a legal document from the Federal government came in under our legal entity name they will not give it to me until I pay them a fee. There is nothing in the contract stating this fee. We did not change our name we simply have a different legal and dba name. Something that 50% of businesses do. This is the worst form of customer service.
