I called and scheduled an appointment with this company an hour ahead of time, and the dispatcher was very pushy about me being outside in the rain waiting at the designated time. When nobody showed, I called back, and was told that "appointments don't really mean anything to us." I have spent nearly a grand using this companies services over the last couple of years, but I will never use them again. Extremely inappropriate treatment of a loyal customer.
