I have gone here for years and I feel that the staff and doctors go out of their way to help you with glasses and contacts. I really like the photo where I can see the health of the back of my eye! Cool. It is nice to know that they look at all health aspects of my vision. Highly recommend as it was the best eye exam I have ever had.

I had the privilege of going to this establishment many times as the glasses I recieved from them had a lens that would not stay in. Now I just found out that, even though I had insurance for these glasses that they were going to submit and I never recieved a bill, they put an unpaid bill ding on my credit report. I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The 5 star comment, I suspect, must be from an employee or relative.

Today, I was looking for a place to get my prescription glasses re-adjusted having left them in the hot car a while back - my fault. I am not currently a patient here at the Eye Care Group - having just moved here - so it was a good opportunity to check out the place and get a feel for it. I asked if it would be possible if I could get them adjusted. The very kind gentleman quickly readjusted my glasses perfectly, and was quite attentive even though I told him I was not a patient. I asked how much it would be for the service and was informed that this was provided as a service to the public. Man, you just don't see that anymore. What an outstanding place, everyone was super helpful and the place was clean and organized. Proud to have this group in my community, and I know where to go when I need to get my eyes checked out down the road. Thanks to all at the Eye Care Group, and God bless you!

I would recommed this Dr., Dr. Vidlak and the Eye Care Group for a few reasons. TRICARE has a contract of service with them for military. From the reception desk, to the exam, to the ordering of glasses they have it all and are all very skilled and knowledgable and people friendly. Nice Facility. Convenient location and easy to find. An all around pleasant experience.
