Had a storage with them for a little more then two years. I found them pleasant and easy to deal with. I rented a Uhaul when I left and all went good (they even helpled me load the car on the trauler) thank you

I rented A Uhaul Truck and auto hauler last week. I had a problem loading my car and they were very helpful in solving my problem. I have rented Uhaul several times in the past and they were the best I have dealt with. A plus Service!!

I just read a "not ever true" previous review about this business. I have known these folks for many years and can say without a doubt those allegations are lies. Too bad you dont have the other side of the story! Sounds like sour grapes to me!

Don't rent from these people they are dishonest. They rent U-hauls and only fill it up 1/2 way, so it's difficult to match exactly...then they park it on a very large angle when you sign in and make you to sign off on the gas level. Then when you return they don't let you park back on that same angel We went back to the Gas station twice to make sure it was the same, but they still claimed it was not and charged us double the daily rate. Also they claimed it was 85 miles round from their location in Grants Pass to Crater Lake Ave. and Spring Rd. in Medford...there's no way....Giant rip off! Worst of all they have the 10 commandments hanging in the office, representing themselves as Christians, while they break the commandment not to steal.
