We purchased a gas range from Elder's Apliance. With a minimal dent, yet discounted, it was a great deal. The range was delivered the next day, but did not work due to a manufacturing defect (not due to the dent). In less than 24 hours, the service department was at our home, but did not have the part needed.Elder's went above and beyond the call of duty to correct the situation by giving us an identical range they had in stock. The second range had an even less noticeable dent, so was, in fact, better than the first.In the end, we have perfectly working, top of the line stove for a mid-range price. No one can tell its a scratch and dent. From sales to delivery to service, Elder's associates were friendly and always looking out for our best interest. They really back up their products.Our friends recommended Elder's and so do we. We will definitely be returning customers!
We bought a few things from them..the frig had a hole in the line so it leaked all over our kitchen we just spent 2 1/2 month guttings we called and told them they sent away for the part took over 3 weeks and still no call from them so we called and they said they had been sent the wrong part...so they had to send a new freezer door so we were told just a week more well it is now 3 more weeks later and i just got off the phone with them he told me they released it Tuesday and they expected it yesterday or today well would have been great had they called and filled us in a little bit...so now here i sit waiting to see if they get it...its not all their fault but they way they handled it is....
