Today is July 1St and a very big day to my in laws on closing the house, I am so glad and thankful I am done dealing both of you guys. The last two months and half have been very stressful for my family and I dealing with the wrong business people. My in laws put so much trust into me on choosing the realtor and which bank to go with. I picked you guys thinking you we're professional and knowing how to correctly do your job. But let me tell you one thing, I made a mistake, I should have gone through the Lake Michigan credit union where I have both of my houses. You guys are a joke, there wasn't enough communication between us. We only spoke twice, I should have been involved in everything. I know your excuse was that English wasn't our first language, I told you in the beginning that I would deal with the paper work. One thing I want to make to make clear to you in that America is full of immigrants. What upsets me the most is that today is closing, I found this out yesterday, but I didn't know the address or what I should bring. Today I received an email from our agent giving me the address, but no details,I so regret it. As a business women, I know how a business should work, and this is nonprofessional. If anyone would like to discuss with me my issues. Feel free to call me after 5 o'clock. Last but not least Grand Rapids is very small town and word travels fast. I do not want people feeling the way I feel today. Thanks a lot for not calling my in laws and letting them know the closing is done. It really shows how much you care. This is a big deal to them.

Was recommended to Treadstone by a few people. I dealt with Wade Monsma. Took over a week to get pre approved. Once I got my pre-approval letter, told me explicitly I either had to sell my other home, OR have 6 months of reserves. Called back as closing date drew closer to confirm some #s, Wade emailed me incorrect numbers, after I asked for corrections, he took the option to have 6 months of reserves off the table, basically making closing on my new home contingent upon closing on my other house. Put my world into chaos and crisis mode as it put my entire deal in jeopardy.
