If I could give no stars, I would. The place is a MESS.... wax on the floor from previous clients, filthy chairs (looks like they pulled them from the garbage) - just the worst salon EVER. Staff was extremely unprofessional and spoke to one another (instead of client). And do not allow them to do your hair - they don't have a license for it. The address is different than what I have - 4301 Kalamazoo but I'm sure it's the same place.
