H.S. Die & Engineering was established in 1969 in Grand Rapids, Mich. What began as a garage shop and a vision grew into a multiple facility company and one of the leaders in the mold making industry. Harold Steele is the founder of the company and remains the sole owner of the corporation. The company s first plant location specializes in prototype and production to unlimited ton injections, while the second plant specializes in tooling and the third plant is a tryout facility. H.S. Die Sales covers sales and engineering needs, while H.S. Die Rantoul Mold Services specializes in mold repair. H.S. Die & Engineering is still headquartered in Grand Rapids.
