THIS PLACE IS A NON TRUSTWORTHY BUISNESS THEY TOLD ME THAT A TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REBUILT AND BEING A MECHANIC MY SELF I BROUGHT IT TO MY SHOP AND DROPPED THE PAN AND CHANGED THE SHIFT SOLENOID A, WHICH IS A 20 DOLLAR PART AND PUT A NEW FILTER AND FLUID IN IT AND NOW IT WORKS BETTER THAN EVER I AVOIDED A 2400 DOLLAR REBUILD BY DOUBLE CHECKING JUST TOOK IT ON A 800 MILE TRIP AND NOTHING WENT WRONG SO FOR THIS BUISNESS I WOULD SAY STAY CLEAR OR CHECK WITH A COUPLE OTHER SHOPS BEFORE MAKING A FINAL DECISION AND GETTING RIPPED OFF SORRY THAT I HAVE TO PUT ONE STAR FOR A RATING THE SYSTEM WONT LET ME PUT NEGATIVE STARS WATCH OUT FOR HE MANAGER DURK HES A SLICK LIAR

The work that was done on my Truck was very professional and now its runs like its brand new. Prices are very reasonable, plus being a retired veteran, a military discount was included. This place deserves a 6 star rating!

Good Experience I just went in with what I thought was a transmission problem (as told by another repair place). Best Western discovered it wasn't a transmission problem and fixed it for several hundred dollars less than the other guy. They could just as easily recommended a costly transmission repair or replacement, but were instead honest and straight forward. Professional, honest, and saved me a good chunk of change. I'll definitely be back for any future repairs.
