If I can, I will give them negative star!!!!



We had a car accident due the big snow, towing the car to the shop, since the first day in the shop, we do not have any estimated report or update. The guy who did the checkin is Asian guy, he was just want us to sell our current car to his friend who runs a mechnic shop somewhere else.



After a week, still did not get any estimated report, just got a call from that guy. He told us it will cost over $6,400.00 to fix it. He kept persuading us to sell our car to his friend, that guy runs mechanic shop at really low price.



We went to the center, just try to get our car back, but he would NOT give the key back to us. His reason it is not safe to drive.



Who will drive the car since it is already broken, need repair. We just want to get our car back, it is our property, no matter whatever it is. But he refused, insisting us to sell the car.



We have to call the manager to finally get our car back.



What a nightmare we had at that center.

I had my car fixed for hail damage. First they lead me to believe it would take a day for them to fix the car. It ended up taking 10 days. Their customer service is non-existent. I kept having to call them to find out what was going on with my vehicle. No one bothered to call me or keep me informed. On day 7 I found out who was handling my vehicle and even after asking that he contact me he did not bother to. I called the following day and all he gave me was a fake apology for not keeping me informed. All they care about is the money not the customer or customer's experience. I will not take my vehicle there again.

Horrible experience

I had my car at fox collision after an accident, I was told it would take one week but ended up taking 5 weeks because they did not do a complete check of the car when they first got it and ended up needing more parts 3 weeks into the job, they were very rude when I called about the car and did not feel that they should do anything to compensate me for this delay that was their fault, I finally had them waive my deductible for all my troubles and then when I picked up the car they said that I was lying and they never said that they would waive the deductible. Then when I finally got the car back I found that there were still problems that they had not fixed, even though they had the car for 5 weeks and most of the time it was just sitting there waiting for parts. I would strongly not recommend them to anyone!!!
