We took our kids there because the website said Mondays special was kids eat free,however when we went to pay and asked why we were being charged for our 4 kids meal they informed us they no longer did that. We brought to their attention that it was listed oon their website and the response we got was " oh well". Also 3 customers sitting at the bar were so drunk one fell off the bar stool and the staff although asking if she was okay just laughed it off and continued to serve the lady drinks.Called a manager to complain and she just laughed and Igot another "oh well". We will not be going back there again.

I love the Cantina. They give you a great meal a reasonable price. Whether its the burritos, the flautas, the fajitas or the tamales. I go there often with my family and we almost always have a great meal. By the way they make great margaritas too. I would recommend this restaurant to any of my friends.

I never had worse service than at Cantina's. The waiting staff was TERRIBLE! Their so called "best server" lied to us about the price of their margaritas and denied it later. The manager was standing two feet away and never came to see if something was wrong. My credit card was overcharged by 40$ and the same manager harassed me when I asked her to correct it with proof and it took them a month to do give me my money back. The food was excellent but not worth it. I will NEVER go back, it's just not worth it.

This is one of the best Mexican Restaurants in West Michigan. My son and I have visited "The Can" weekly for nearly eight years as our "night Out". We have found the food and the service to be very satisfactory. The servers are top notch and many times, start pouring our drinks before we sit down. We have found that , as with Life, if you come into any business with a bad attitude, you will probably find what you are looking for. This is a restaurant with employees who take pride in what they do (many of them have been there for decades) AND the food is worth many repeat visits.

Very Poor Service--We won't be back!!! My friends and I had lunch at La Cantina last weekend and were very disappointed in the rude, disrespectful attitude of the wait staff and bartender. The waitress quoted me one price for my food, but the actual bill was $3 more than what she quoted. When we asked her to correct my bill we were told, "There's nothing I can do about that." When we insisted something be done and asked for the manager she said, "There's no manager here. We can't change the bills." Meanwhile, there were 4 or 5 other employees loitering and snacking about 3 tables down from us, and making sarcastic remarks about my party and laughing at us. After lengthy discussion and a threat to file a complaint, they did take $2 off my bill. In addition to this, the waitress had our cups of sour cream, etc. stuffed into her pants pockets (God knows what else was/had been in there!). She was chomping a mouthful of food ... very appetizing to see crumbs spew out when she spoke to usl.

It's unfortunate the other reviewer had a bad experience. IMO the Tex-Mex food is among the best in town and the drinks are quite reasonable. Chicken wings are are bar-b-qued and excellent. Smoking is allowed in the down stairs bar area. On Tue-Weds it features Kris, one of the best bar tenders in town (along with being quite pleasant to look at).

The food was undercooked ( our steak) or not cooked at all ( our mexican rice), and when was wanted to send the steak back, because it was still raw not at all medium rare, our waitress was no where to be found. She was also unable to answer simple questions we had all night, such as "what beer do you have on draft." When we asked her if she could find out what was on draft, she was irritated and unhelpful. The restraunt was fun, it was well decorated and very entertaining, but the seating was horrible. Our table of four sat facing a wall; the four of us spent dinner trying to have conversations while we stared at the wall, unable to see eachother
