When called they responded quickly; however, did not detect a leak in icemaker hose by not pulling frig away from wall. 2 months later and several thousand dollars in kitchen repair, I was under construction. I called and asked for a refund of service charge or insurance deductible. The mgr. was very disrespectful in leaving a message that suggested I could "waste" my money to sue them if I so desired. Very unprofessional business for sure!! Next time I will call a well established company.

I've gotten all my appliance parts and a boatload of free advice from Apex. They have been fantastic to work with. I used to go to All Parts and I always got poor, and unfriendly service. I now drive across town to go to Apex.

The repair guy was truly nice{1 star} and he said the transmission was out on my Maytag Atlantis and gave us a estimateof 225.00 for the part and 300.00 labor. After talking with a few friends and Internet search. 1.00 part and a pinch of oil .So far after 60 days Its working fine .I`m out 65.00 service call witch I called and spoke with Kathy and she said she would refund but after 4 calls No refund as of 4-16-08.I?m sorry to say Ill never use Apex again .

When calling all of my questions and concerns were taken care of. I work fulltime and they worked around my schedule, i didn't have to work around theirs. when the technian arrived he was on time. He was very knowlegable about what was wrong with my appliance and didn't take long to fix the problem. Because he was so efficient with his time he saved me money, by not having to pay an arm and a leg in for his labor. While I was asking thousands of questions he was very curtious in answering them. I have never felt more comfortable about paying for my service bill. I knew that this is an honest company and I will use them for any other appliance problems I have.
