brought a chainsaw in for a new chain that i couldnt find at any of the big box stores. good news is they had a chain that would fit. They also noticed that some drive gear or something was worn out and had to be replaced. Guy said he'd order the part and i could have it back most likely the next day, two days at the most. They didnt call after the first two days, so i called, and surprise, got the part in, havent fixed it. Called two more times within the next week, still not fixed. I borrowed a different saw to finish the job i had. Called them back a month later and took them forever to find my saw, apparently its fixed now. Phone call or message would have been nice. overall just shotty service after i dropped my saw off.

The Tables through Alpine Rent-All are in horrible condition, their service wasn't any better. I was charged the amount of rental doubled for bringing the rentals back too late. After I was told the incorrect time by an employee
