PLEASE READ SAFETY CONCERN. UNSAFE missing lug nuts, bad sway bar linkage, tires 10 to 12 p.s.i low and worst of all ended up not even having brake lights.

Don't do it find some else to buy from , PLEASE save yourself a lot of time and head aches I am from Indiana and made the major mistake of driving all the way from Ft Wayne area In to buy a 2010 Pontiac vibe with low miles 38,000. It won't happen again. When I got there the car it had a bad set of tires one vibrated so bad it shook the whole car. I should have left right there. Sales men said we will bring the price down for the tires . It had scratches on the sides but can be buffed out.. The sale said they would adjust the price for that too. I also asked for an adjustment for the van I brought in , it had over half a tank of gas the sales men said he would give me a 50.00 gas check for that. So I bought the car. I told him in Indiana I take the title to the BMV and they give me my plate. He said no we will mail it to them and got the address off the internet. At the time we had been there over 6 hours waiting for all this to happen. Once I got the car it was too late to put tires on it and it being Sunday everything was closed. So I drove it home slowly took over 4 hrs to go the back way home. So here it is two weeks after I bought the car and I am unable to drive because I have no Plates for it. I called them the first week about the title , sales man said that they would send me a copy of the paper work and send the other to the BMV. BMV does not have. I don't have it ether. Still don't have the fifty gas voucher ether. They will do anything to get you to buy a car including lie to your face. I plan on more action than this. DO BUY A CAR HERE IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BE FOR THEY SCREW YOU.

So I just bought a 40k car from sundance and they only gave me one key. I went today to get a second key. In repair service dept the man told me that he would make a key as soon as he gets done watching the msu game! Ok I like msu too but you are getting paid to make me a second key. Customers should come first! So then we are sent to the waiting area. There is a pudgy blonde haired lady prob in 50s making popcorn who works for sundance. We go get popcorn and she comes back a min later screaming and complaining that omg there's popcorn on the floor. Ok..... well I know you are blonde and old but popcorn does make a mess. If you are to lazy to do your job and clean it off the floor then don't make it. I've bought 3 cars from this place. I think next car I will go some where else. I shouldn't have to wait long time for a key because the game is more important to watch Ridiculous! !!!!!!!!!! Not to mention they have like 30 people working and none of them are doing anything but watching tv! Ummm what does terry hank pay you for then? Your customer service is a joke!!!

I was really happy with my service, I am a in home RN and I have been so busy, the man I dealt with was Larry. Larry was the best very fast and professional! He helped me get in an out of there in a timly manner, as we all know some times you are stuck places with some realy jerks or witches. lol. I wanted to thank Larry for all his help, I was in such a hurry when I left, I didnt get to say Thanks! My car looked great! nice and clean an shinny!

They do not follow up on customer complants even when it is filed with the better business bureau. Do not recommend them for sales or service.
