Lynda Carpenter is passionate about health and natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals. She consistently takes classes to increase her knowledge and understanding of how to use natureâ??s bounty as medicine whether it be with food, herbs or essential oils. To that end, she is Board Certification by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is also certified by the coveted Essential Oil Institute. She believes that food is the most important medicine. With certifications as a Raw Food Educator®, Advanced Healing Foods® instructor, and a Masterâ??s Degree in Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Lynda, knows which foods, essential oils, herbs and supplements have the highest healing properties for specific illnesses.
