My sprinkler system was installed 6 years ago and maintained well over the years without anything but minor fixes. Sprinkler Systems was winterizing a neighbors system that was installed by the same company so we asked if they can do ours same day.

The son improperly began to blow out the lines and the pressure literally blew the pump up with a loud sound and the piping was also blown out of the ground.

They owner Ed stated that it was not a proper system and they were not responsible and refused to fix it. He kept stating that he has done work for 25 years and never had an incident like this. It was the son Mike who did the work and the father refuses to fix the sons mistake.

As stated before, our system has been working fine for years and previous winterizing was fine. Now we have to replace a pump, piping etc..

We highly do not recommend this company.
