I reserved a 6 passenger mini van while on a trip to Grand Junction, CO. Upon arrival and checkin at Enterprises site at GJ Airport, it was clear they didn't have a vehicle for us. Sara and another gentleman made a few calls and a vehicle was located. We only waited .15 minutes or so and drove away in a vehicle that was muddy on the outside and not up to Enterprise standards. Long story short, the back row of seats were filthy and required us to get towels from the hotel to clean the interior. Called Enterprise and they apologized and offered a full refund. We only had the car for 36 hours and thought that was a reasonable remedy. My charge card was charged, I've made 4 calls to Enterprise in GJ and am told 'someone' will call me back. 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting for that call back and correction to my credit card.

Everything as promised, and then they offered me a bigger, better car.
Still there at 10 PM when I checked back in for the flight home.
